Very friendly staff, excellent English, spacious and clean rooms, nice breakfast, arranged transfer to Jeri.

The hotel had a convenient location near the bus station, but it was in a sketchy area and felt unsafe. While it was close to the beach, the room didn't have a view of it. the room was small with a cramped bathroom. the service was average, but the breakfast was decent. the facilities were basic with no standout advantages.
The walls were thin and noise from the street could be heard all night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel had lovely clean rooms that were spacious and suitable for business travelers. The location was also very convenient as it was situated only a few minutes away from the beach, offering a relaxing atmosphere for a quick beach visit. the staff was kind and helpful, going out of their way to ensure guests had an enjoyable stay.
The hotel felt impersonal and lacked a personal touch. There was no real sense of character or charm, making it feel like just another generic hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and really made us feel at home. We loved how clean and spacious the rooms were, and the breakfast was delicious! We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. They arranged transportation for us to Jericoacoara, which was very convenient. Also, the location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel was located in a safe area. Finally, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was nice.
